I've got some new SID WCS, the pop loc 'locked' the fork when out of the box and in front of the TV, but it doesn't seem to work now its on the bike. I've tried fiddling with the gate but still seem to get pretty much full travel when locked. Any ideas?

Does it not lock when your on the bike ? Does it lock when your not actually on the bike IE no weight on it etc ?
Is the bike stored upside down ? The damper relies on oil ports being blocked to stop the compression. If its been upside down the oil won't be in the right place - let it drain down for a few minutes then try.
Cheers, doesn't seem to lock at all has been unright all day, just seems no difference with loc on or off?
Anyone else experienced this?
Either the cable's slipped, so it's not pulling the lockout 'closed' sufficiently, or there's not enough oil in the MC damper.
