Is it possible to adjust the click point of a Dura-ace shifter. When I shift to a smaller sprocket I have to press very hard and it is only right at the very end of the stroke that the gear shifts.
On the LH shifter and on my other raod bike (Tiagra kit) it is a lot lighter and it clicks midway through the stroke of the lever.

my ultegra has gone the same way at the smaller end of the cassette, i think the ratchet is knackered. i've yet to strip it down but it could be burred on the metal edges or something
That sounds like classic chain/cassette wear. My Ultegra system is the same at the monent. It all looks nearly new, but a guage says otherwise.
Edit; this is why I like the Shimano system, you can 'make' it change even when it's worn out.
you can check that by taking the chain off and testing it 'dry'. mine exhibits the same symptoms with no chain in it
