Are you running 11 speed road? 11 speed MTB freehub bodies are shorter so a road cassette may not fit. Something to watch out for.

@MisterP - not a problem with the Hope Pro 4s. They take an 11-speed road cassette.

pretty much all disc hubs are 135mm OLN these days. Some early disc road bikes ran 130mm but they've died out now.

So Hope Pro4 is good, if clicky. That's what I run on one set of road disc wheels. It fits a 11spd road cassette too, as qtip states.

Other options are:
Novatec (cheaper end)
Tune (other end..)

As for rims, you can have a look at Pacenti SL25, H Plus Son Archetype and the new Hydra, LB carbons ( I run some of their hookless rims - nice).

Hunt wheels are also well reviewed, as bluebird says.

I'm going to run two sets of wheels on my new "road" bike build.

The set I already have are Kinesis Racelight Disc 700 wheels with 28c GP 4 Season tyres. They have "road" features like minimal aero spokes and a generally skinny look. Wheel weight without skewers and discs is around 1,550g.

The second set I'm buying are Hope 20Five wheels, which include Pro4 hubs and an 11-speed road Shimano-compatible freehub body. I'll run Surly Knard or other wide tyres on these wheels, which weigh closer to 1,850g.

Both sets have an RRP of £400, but can be had for 20-25% less.
