Was wondering* if can use a 19-23 inner tube in a 25 tyre and thought you probably could but then I started thinking if it would be easier to inflate a 23-28 inner tube in a 25 tyre? Then I thought I'm thinking about it too much.
*yes im avoiding doing work and slightly bored

fine. I've used that size in 35mm cx tyres.
