Looking to fit a set of rigid forks to my bike and not sure which ones to buy and also what length, the fox forks on the bike are 100 mm travel or do i measure from centre of hub to top of fork brace .

Hey hey. Orange F8's are great and so are the On-One's But you may want something carbon to give it a bit of flex.

You don't need a length on these ones as they are adjusted for bikes designed to have suspension.

typical axle to crown measurement is 465mm to mimic a sagged suspension fork height.

I have bontrager switchblade but many here will vouch for the on-one version.

I thought it was 440mm for 100mm corrected frames?

I've no idea, I just googled and copied it off another site.

fwiw, now you mention it, the 440 number does ring a bell...

Yeah I too think it is 440mm to equate to a 100mm fork. If you want to slow your steering up then go for the 460mm length. I'd have a look at the Exotics on eBay. http://carboncycles.cc/?s=0&t=2&c=43&p=195&

I think Pace have made up some RC31's but I also see Ritchey have been making some nice looking forks

They are a bit pricey but look good. Has anyone tried them?
