A bike, some mountains, no real plan, and a very hot flat bit. Old steel mtb with slicks and panniers was the bike set up,

advice, warnings, nay-saying welcome, looking for places to stay almost all the way along the route thoughwant to stay in the big cities if possible. hope to do 100km a day (or night).
Also I am planning on going to do it the other way and off road in easter.

That should be fun. There's some big hills near Oviedo. Don't know about the rest.
