I am meeting a buddy next Weds daytime for a ride. He lives in Cheltenham & I will be working in Aylesbury so I am thinking half way would be Oxford??
Any really good riding near there, any suggestions would be much appreciated?

Aston Hill nr Aylesbury, not been there in ages and would expect the XC loop to be dire after the recent heavy rain.
Nowt in Oxfordshire.

Chilterns, but will be muddy in places.
