Is it possible to upload this to my Garmin for turn by turn navigation?

Yes.
I've just downloaded it to my Edge 520.
As to whether it gives TbT, I don't know as I'm about 300km away from that location.
On the page you linked to there's a "download to my device" button, click that and follow the instructions.
Yes, I've done the same. I think the process is:
There is a 'more' button, then I click 'Export as File' and choose tcx and save that somewhere.
Then open up Garmin Connect, select 'training' then 'courses' and then there is a little 'Import' button, select that and find the tcx file you saved earlier and then save the course - you should then be able to send it to your garmin.
I've only got a garmin edge 25 - other garmins might have a better process
STW to the rescue! Thanks folks will ll try when I get in.
Download the app to garmin and send ride directly from ridewithgps if subscribing for turn by turn.
I use a 1030
If it's a 1030, Nowad might mean put the ridewithgps IQ app on the Garmin, pin the route in RWGPS and then you can download the route from the Garmin when on wifi/bluetoothed to your phone. It's a bit of a revalation and works every time.
You need a more recent Garmin for that to work - here's a list: https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/compatible-devices/
Ah, mine is the antiquated 810 but I have managed to upload some sort of route which is nice.
I thought I'd try the IQ app since I've a supported device. Now I think I've everything set up correctly: pinned route in RWGPS (I've an account); entered account details in Garmin Express widget page; bluetooth enabled and connected to phone. I go to the widget, select direct download and pinned routes and get this error:
"Access failed. Account issue"
I've gone through the settings in RWGPS and can't see anything "wrong". Any clues?
Try emailing or tweeting their support, they're generally quite helpful.
