I was driving into the Tesco extra at Stockport last night and there was a group of fairly serious bikers waiting around the bus stop.
Was it anyone on here and was it a local ride? I live fairly local and keep meaning to ride out around Stockport....
I was going to stop and ask but there are a lot of strange people about and I didn't want to be classed as one 😉
It was us and you were right not to stop, we're right weired.
How weired exactly? I work in Edgeley though live in Chester and could do with possibly sneaking out for a post ride work during the summer months as its too far to make it back for my local evening outing!

When I said 'fairly serious' I just meant not a bunch of teenage scallies on £75 Halfords specials 😉
We're full grown men dressed in various gawdy layers of lycra and wear silly carbon soled shoes you can barely walk in and ride bicycles : - ) .
Usually (well always mid week anyway) head off in to the Peaks. Anyone can come. It's a right laugh. Never very serious unless somebody brings an ego and then they all come out to play.
