I can't work out how to link but on Bolton Mountain Rescues Twitter feed, they have stated that a Rider went down, suffered serious injuries and needed the Air Ambulance.

@boltonMRT

Healing vibes.

Trying to work out where that is. Near Tourette's Leap or in the middle of the big berms?

Get well soon fella.

Harry, on my Bolton News link Craig has commented with a possible location which may make sense to you as I don't know the trails as well as you do.

Not sure what else can be done. It is a waymarked red trail with all of the usual warnings.

At first I guessed it was on the red loop but looking at the picture I think it could be the big berms

Is it on that bit just after the carpark- under the starting hoop- first dip where it can spit you out sideways towards a tree at the bottom. Its crying out for a lip or berm on the outside as the line choice is the outside.

Dunno where.

It should be identifiable now from the boot prints of 22 rescuers and the prop wash from Thunderbird 1.
