Recently spent a couple of nights camping here. Anybody done any riding......looking for something in the surrounding hills not just a pootle on the manifold trail. Thanks. in advance

A friend, Rebecca, runs the cafe at the end. But when we go over they only want to ride up and down that wretched railway line at the bottom of a steep valley so you can never see the glorious peak vistas.
I normally ride around Hope and Edale in the peak - about 20 miles away.

Not that exciting but does at least go up into the hills around the manifold valley.
About 18m long with 5m on roads.

Errrr . . . beware of mud on that route
Although there is a river to wash you and your bike afterwards
