Looking for a cheapish carbon road frame and Ribble seems to tick the price point boxes. Any reason not to or are there alternative frames to consider.

I'm happy with my Ribble Sportive Racing I bought last summer. Great value for money and does what I need it to do. Can't fault the spec really for the money. The PlanetX bikes are worth a look as well, they're similarly priced.

No reason not to unless you're a brand snob.

I got a Gran Fondo frame 2 weeks ago and the choice was Btw that and the Sportive Bianco, they are both amazing value for money.

They also had a £50 off voucher code going which made it an even bigger bargain.

The code was 'FRAME50', not sure if it's valid anymore though?

Got the Sportive Bianco myself with shiny Campag bits and it's a terrific all rounder. The frame is brilliant - light, responsive, civilised and goes like stink. Get one 🙂
