So I removed the Reverb from my HT at Mountain Mayhem as well, it wasn't exactly necessary. Since then it's been lying around in the shed doing nothing.
I went to refit it today, and well... It won't stay up now! It was working perfectly when I removed it. Really annoyed now as it's not even done anything but its stopped working. 😕
Any ideas anyone? Does it just need a bleed? Or is it worse?
Have you checked the air pressure? 250psi I think...
Yup, no air in it!
Pumped it back up to 250 tonight, put it back in the frame, cycled it up and down a couple of times, and then heard a "pfft" and its gone back down!
I'll reiterate, it has been sat in the shed for the last 3 weeks, having been removed from my bike for Mountain Mayhem. It worked perfectly before then!
Will see tomorrow if I can get it returned to Fisher's for warranty...
Mate of mine's just had this problem, he thought it was the air pressure as well. Turns out it was the head seals - he's just sent it off to TF Tuned to get sorted in time for Ironbike...
He told me this story just after I bought one yesterday, I'd never heard of the problem before and now you're on here as well with it. Very confidence inspiring... 😥
