There hasn't been a returns slip in my last few orders.
Have they done away with it and make you get one online?
I get returns slips in some, not in others. Seems luck of the draw tbh. I just keep a few lying a round and just grab one when needed.
I noticed that they had done away with the return labels, recently.
My last order didn't even have an invoice in it either, so really must be some belt tightening going on.
...and no sweets, or indeed replies to emails.
