The battery on my 1200 lumen ebay lights has failed and I need to send it back. I know a few other people have had to send lights back to DX etc so was wondering which postal service they used?
PO. got a receipt, took a photo of it and uploaded this to DX, they shipped replacements shortly afterwards.
I know some people have had success by just taking a video of their problem and contacting them. Then DX sent replacements without needing the original sent back.
Maybe worth a go, although Del's advice also sounds quick.
3rd - try sending a picture.
DX wouldn't send a missing part from my order until I took a picture of it, then they said they'd replace it. I couldn't get it through to them that I couldn't take a picture of the part that wasn't there.
They never replaced it ๐
