hi, anyone know anywhere in the north east that can retro fit a rack mount to a steel frame? its a 2010 voodoo wanga, has lower mounts on the dropout but non on the seat stays. on previous tours i've used clamps/p clips for the top mounts, but as the standard paint is naff and it's getting a bit tatty i'm going to get it powder coated - thought i miught as well get it done properly whilst i'm at it as i'm thinking of keeping it for a while...
There are some seat clamps which incorporate rack mounts.

tried one and didn't like it, but thanks anyway. would prefer to put proper mounts on the frame if possible
