Sheared one of my cleats off last night, now I can't work out how to replace the plate inside the shoe.
Underneath the insole there are two screws that seem to hold the next layer and the heel in place, but the next layer appears to be glued down.
Anyone got any experience of these things?
Which model do you have? My dominators have a flap in the insole - it was very stiff so you have to force the plates out into the shoe fairly robustly and some jimmery-pokery to get the new ones in.
That sounds, good, I'll have a look and see if that's how mine are too. I'm not sure which model they are exactly.
Is part of the screw still in the plate?
If not, you can use the same plate for new cleats. Whenever I replace cleats, I just use the one already in the shoe, but if the screw is sheared off and still in the plate that won't work
