Replacing an ebike key

I have a 2019 Vitus E-Sommet VR with a Shimano motor which came with 2 keys.
Unfortunately I lost one of the keys and would like to get a spare in case I lose the last remaining key.
Can anyone suggest how I go about getting a spare key? It doesn’t seem straight forward!
Thanks.

You should have had a card or something with a code on the keys
Use that for a spare
But as you say it’s a ballache
Might be easier buying new lock with 2 new keys

I snapped a key and Abus [s] were a right PITA to deal with[/s] had a rigorous key replacement process in place to increase security

Maybe?

They are AXA, use the link sillyoldman posted, put in the code stamped on your remaining key, pay them about a tenner and get it delivered in about a week, couldn't be easier. I know this as I got one for my 2018 E-Sommet a few weeks back

@kayak24 nope just a right royal pain in the C@nt
When I legit have code for key and they just can’t be arsed helping then security isn’t the problem
After days and days or arguing I got a new lock with keys,And it was the wrong type
Couldn’t face going through that process again so bought a new lock off Amazon

I assume you already tried wandering into Timpsons* and asking if they can just cut you a spare?

*Or any other local locksmith or hardware shop.

Replacementkeys.co.uk provided a key for my Atera Strada rack. I put the lock number into the website and the postie delivered it next day.
