Il off the other day and landed on my hip, before sliding head first into a gate post. Most of the impact was on the hip, and the head impact was pretty light.. May have given me a bruise without the helmet on, but as it was didn't hurt in the slightest.
I've inspect the helmet and it's not even marked, so given its not that old I'm inclined to just keep wearing it. That said I know that helmets should be binned when they are put into use as the damage can't always be seen.
What do the expert ls of stw say..

As long as your helmet is still firm and hard you shouldn’t have any problems with it working properly
