so I need to replace the Deda bar tape on my track bike, which came with it.
I peeled it off but because of the sticky central section it didnt come off cleanly, with around a third of it (the central bit ) still on.
Whats best way to get this off ? turps or something ?

The adhesive is double sided tape so if you can find the end of that you should be able to them peel that off the bar, taking the actual tape left with it.
Otherwise most acetone, IPA type solvents will work reasonably well.

Ronsonol lighter fluid if you don't have IPA.
