Hi all

Do you have any tried and tested methods of removing a steel BB cup from an aluminium frame please? I've acquired a frame to build specifically for a turbo trainer until my leg is stronger, it is sound bar this issue!

Thanks in advance!

"Give me a fulcrum and a lever long enough and i can move the world"

So, a BB tool that screws into the axle of the bb ideally and a 5 foot bar. They are my weapons of choice.

I was thinking about an alternative, perhaps some sort of chemical / specific lube?

I'll have to find something to put over the adjustable tomorrow... we used a downtube cut out from an old marin in the shop I used to work in (no, not dedicated mechanic!)

thanks for replies ๐Ÿ™‚
