Any tips on removing a SRAM GXP pressfit bottom bracket please? Video link would be stunning.

Large blunt object and a hammer , just tap it out a little at a time to try and keep it coming out square.
Might be a vid on park tools site as they make a proper tool

I've tapped out the metal ring but the plastic sleeve remains. Cue the innuendo gags.
There bottom bracket appears quite rare as there is very little guidance online.
