Sorry, i know it's been asked before.
What's the best thing to use to remove tatty graphics from some bars - they're on the surface and scratched etc so should come off relatively easily.
Is there anything basic i'm likely to have in the shed/under the sink that is best for removing them?
cheers
Hairdryer would be first for me if they are stuck on. WD40 can work ok too.
gt85/wd40 and a kitchen plastic green scritcher - like the ones with sponge on one side and scritcher on the other.
Have de-logoed various components using mrs rocket's best nail varnish remover inc brush
More stubborn graphics need a bit of paint stripper
For graphics on bars i've used dabs of paint stripper. Hair dryer or nail polish remover only really works on stickers and not decals. Anodized colour remains untouched if you use nitromors or similar.
Thanks all. Have WD40 and nail polish remover in the house so will get stuck in!
Acetone nail polish remover, works a treat.
