Morning All

I have a pair of Crossrides which I would like to change the bearings on as the old ones are shot. I have a removed the lock ring and axle but cant figure out how to remove the bearing itself.

Can I use something to put behind it and encourage it out with some gentle hammer loving or do I need a specific bearing tool?

I've found lots of stuff for servicing the freehub on google and youtube but bot for just doing the hub bearings. The Mavic tech site says to use "Bearing pullers M40373 and M40119" but cant find these anywhere and suspect they would be somewhat pricey.

Any ideas folks?

Long screwdriver and hammer - just drift it out reasonably square so you don't distort the hub bearing seat.

OK will give that a go.

Do I need to grease around the edge of bearing or any such like that to help it on its way?
