This ones been blasted with wd40 and will only slide open half way. The chain was gritty and sandy from a wet ride over swinley and not removed post ride 🙄 any ideas for removal?

cool. think theres still some grit it in somewhere preventing it moving.

just submersed it in water and then used some pliers and its off!
