[Closed] Reducer headset stack height???

I'm looking to change the forks on my Bottlerocket from Lyrics to a set of Van r's. Unfortunately the steerer of the vans are 195mm so I need a reducer headset with less than a 25mm stack height.

Anyone using any or any advice, all advice appreciated.

Thanks

Ash

Could you get a lower stack stem as well?

I used an FSA Orbit Z R 1.5 on my Prophet - zero stack reducer

Yep same as fuzzhead. Got one on my Hemlock. Gone up a bit in price though...I paid about £45 on crc last year but they discounted them to about £35 earlier this year iirc

Hope one is next to zero.

The hope one looks good but in the blurb it also states that it runs along side the 1 1/8 threadless headset.

So my question is could I run this headset on its own or does it act as just a reducer to put a 1" 1/8 headset in.

I am looking for a renthal duo stem which has a 40mm height I then have 25mm to play with in total, I thought if I could get a reducer headset with a minimum stack height I'd be playing safe.

Any other ideas will be gratefully accepted.

Cheers

Ash
