I have nylon pedals on both bikes of late, and whilst greatly enjoying the lightness and flatness it occurred to me that when they finally shuffle off...I don't know where to take/send them? Â Pedals having metal innards confuses things. Â Google-fu must be weak today.

Unless you can separate the metal parts from the plastic -assuming it is nylon or another plastic that can be -recycled then they're probably heading for landfill. It's also unlikely they are pure nylon, probably some sort of composite which I'd imagine makes things more tricky.
