Just been digging around the lost right of ways thing again and discovered http://www.bhsaccess.org.uk/dobbin/Project2026.php, arranged by the horsey lot. Good news is that they'll want bridleways.
I actually went there to have a look at the Cornwall data but some amazing folks have filed almost 2000 changes already, so I'll just spread the word instead. If you want to work on this, that looks like a good starting point!
But what about the cheeky routes, wont that ruin them ?

Two doughty ladies in Durham have filed over 25 applications between them already. Chances of Durham County Council processing them before 2050 look remote.
Please take this comment constructively when I suggest strongly that the man hours involved in claiming a "lost" highway (ie. a DMMO based on historic evidence) would, in the vast majority of cases, be better invested in getting out there and speaking to local riders in order to get them to fill in under evidence forms to prove 20 years use of your local footpaths.
