[Closed] Recommendations for a package mountain bike holiday in Spain

I'm looking for a package mountain biking holiday in Spain that will include accommodation, food and guiding. I will be travelling solo (don't mind sharing a room) and I'm mainly looking to ride fast technical trails.

Has anyone done anything similar?
What time of year is best?
Is Sierra Nevada the place to go?
How does it compare to Alpine biking?

Cheers!

Another vote for Ciclo.
Think we'll be heading back there later in the year.
Very different to Alpine riding I've done. Not better not worse just different.

Ciclo Montana.

Time of year...I'd prefer to go outside the middle of summer. Went in July one yr and it was 43 degs on some day.

Not been alpine riding, so can't comment, but there is a fair amount of climbing as well as the downs. You have to work for the downs (although they will lift days too).

If you go, try and do the Granada trip. It's brilliant.

Stunning singletrack rides with plenty of bus uplift during the day & fantastic après-bike on the coast at night.

Booked for CicloMontana already, going on 16/5 for a week.
Dropping in from Veleta Ski Station summit this year.

+1 for Ciclo Montana...fantastic "old school" technical riding.

Spent last week out there and planning the return trip already 🙂

can I throw BasqueMTB into the hat? Great trails, scenery, food and of course, Doug-the-main-man.
