You're going to have to give us some more clues here. If not cycling specific, why not - and are trail shoes acceptable?
You do also realise that rain just runs in the top of shoes?

Merrell Intercept GTX. I've got two pairs, one I've had for four years and I now commute in, and the other are for general knocking around/walking dogs. Superb. Pretty grippy with flats too.
