[Closed] Recommend me an Android tracking app.

I'd like Mrs MTG to be able to track me when I'm out on my bike.
None of the tracking apps I've looked at have the features I want.

Anything that constantly uses the phone's GPS runs the battery down to quick.
If it needs switching on before a ride, I know I will forget.

So, what I want is either;

Something that will wake up once an hour, get a GPS fix, upload it to somewhere I can give her a link to, then go back to sleep.
I don't need constant live tracking, all I need is for her to know where I was at the last hourly check.

Or;

Some way for her to "ping" my phone to get my position without me having to actively respond. I believe the emergency services can do this, is it possible for a civilian to do this with the phone owner's prior permission?
