I'm after a multi day mountain biking route right in the wilds of Scotland don't want to see civilisation for at least three days. Will need to be able to pick up food etc. at some point though as taking everything with us, suggestions please!!

would be hard to tick all those boxes for the one route. Check the route for the Highland 550 (Edit - event inflation), otherwise you're looking at Torridon, Fisherfield, somewhere in the NW. Cainrgorms is techy in parts, but not as remote as you'd think, certainly houses there.
You may need to compromise.

seeing the odd house is fine just want to spend most of my day surrounded by hills.Cheers Scotroutes they look good!
