Looking for a nice hotel to take the SO to for her 30th..

We're doing something in Sheffiled the day after, so thinking a nice hotel in the Peaks / near sheffiled would be ideal..

Any suggestions?

Cheers
B

Would be worth figuring out how to spell Sheffield first I reckon

Cubley Hall is very nice and not mega expensive. 3 miles from Langsett and Cut Gate with the added benefit that you can say you are staying in a town with Penis in its name.

Mount Pleasant Hotel (Best Western Premier) is very nice, but maybe not close enough to Sheffield. Just south of Doncaster, close to Robin Hood Airport. Fine place though, they do look after you.

Lenny Henry seems to like the Premier Inn and he is minted.

Comming from a lady ? You wont go far wrong with Whitley Hall, and its a stones throw from Wharncliffe

Give her a treat and take in Wharncliffe at the same time

Depending on budget, and how close to Sheffield you want to be "multi award winning" East Lodge is a lovely country house hotel with top food. Not a bargain but really enjoyed my wedding there last year and the food was top notch.
Wouldn't complain about going back to Fox House or the George at Hathersage either though (both visits wedding related) but East Lodge would be a proper treat.
