When I went there I stayed in Cairngorm lodge YH - http://www.cairngormshostels.co.uk/view-hostel?id=56

It's a bit out of Aviemore on the way to Cairngorm, but there's a pub a mile away (Glenmore lodge) and there's a shared locked shed out back that can be used to store bikes.

SYHA hostel in Aviemore itself is really nice as hostels go - handy position just outside the centre and a shed to lock the bikes in (you'll still need your own locks though).
