As title, that pumps quick up to about 30-40psi.

Tesco's track pump is pretty good. Or did you want something to take with you on a ride?

Ended up buying a Blackburn Mounatain Air. Not the mountain air 3, the reviews were better on the original one because cos it was thumb lock not twist lock.
There was also a forum on BR with some details about a test a magazine did to find out how many pumps it took to get a 2.1 tyre to 35 psi.
It was the second fastest, the first being the Topeak Mountain Morph.
