Er, I'm in the process of turning my old fixie into a SS cross bike (yes, I know - nichecore to the max).
I've recently bought:
*FSA Vero drop bars
*Stem - cheaop from Decathlon
*Tyres - 2 x pairs (Schwalbe CX Pro + cheap Smallblock 8s)
*SS chainring in 40t and 130bcd fitting - thanks SJS Cycles!
*quill to ahead stem adaptor (Spa Cycles - useful for such trinkets)
Not exactly glamorous, I know, but still a good hundred quid's worth....
Aye now that i'm finally back on the mountain bike. Aye got a couple of shots but being a computer illiterate technophobic buffoon i don't know how to post them!
