I've not long had some Reba Team Air U-Turns - the 80-115mm travel ones with poploc and all that.

Anyway, got the bike out of the shed yesterday and I noticed that there is more stanchion showing than travel indicators - so there is probably a 5mm gap between the seal and the 115mm indicator with the adjuster wound fully out - more like 120mm travel, then I guess?

I let all the pos & neg air out and reset so they were the same pressure (145psi). This gap was still present, even after cycling the fork a few times - they seem to work fine, but I'm not sure whether this is OK or not. Should I wind the adjuster down to the 115mm mark, or just forget aobut it?

Don't worry about it.
Sometimes they sit just above or below the mark, it's not a problem. As long as you set youe +ve air before your -ve you'll be fine.
