Post service fork packs down and even when not weighted 10mm shy of full travel , will I die , has something gone wrong ?

Do a forum search for solo air Reba. There's been a few threads recently about this problem.
Some people have had success "burping" the fork using a cable tie, or depressing the hidden negative air chamber valve located under the left lower bolt.

Too much oil can reduce travel.
