Hi I've got a 2003 orange patriot with a vanilla r shock which is pants ,should I replace with a Rockshox monarch RT debonair or a Fox Van R coil shock not really up on rear shocks cheers ,Mark

budget? a DB coil IL or an MX tune van RC would be my choice

The monarch is brand new at £125 the van r I don't know yet but I need a 190x51 so my choices are limited
