Freehub assembly with cassette has a habit of just falling off when not on the bike, oh what fun with pawls and spring flying off in all directions!
There's a 'divvot' on the axle near the externat pinch thing - should that have an 'O' ring on it to stop afore mentioned from happening?

The Fh shouldn't just fall off, the 'drive side spacer' HUB407 has an 'o' ring inside to stop it coming off the axle.
