Hi all,
My rear derailleur is sticking in the second lowest gear. It can shift down to the lowest but not higher (not even with several shifts together, so I am fairly sure it is not the indexing). The only way to use the upper part of the cassette is to shift two or three times out of first, and then it shifts over it. There is also quite a lot of noise in second. The rest of the gears work perfectly fine. Does anyone know what the issue is?

I'll have a guess at cable sticking or derailleur borked.
Undo the cable from the mech and check em both.
Check for a bent hanger.
Is it SRAM eagle? if yes v sensitive to b-screw gap adjustment. SRAM have some videos about how to set this, and worth giving that a go.
