I think that would be a worthwhile upgrade.  I found the G2 RSC brakes almost ok but nothing more

@citizenlee - whilst it's not a rule, we do say "Side on picture of your bike-  The better your pictures the more likely we are to feature your bike"

That's a gorgeous bike, and has me instantly looking online to see if I could afford/ justify one... 

Nice bike OP - I’ve had my comp version years and still love it. Re the rear suspension, the advice I remember from the mtbr forum when I first got mine was your weight in pounds plus 20-30 to get your psi. I must admit I always just sort mine by feel these days but seem to remember the above advice was about right. 

I’ve got the comp, great bike. 
I did upgrade the brakes to Hope due to preference tbh. I also fitted narrower bars. 
Shame they don’t make these any more. I’d go for the stumpie 15 if I needed a replacement
