Thinking of re-spraying my road carbon frame but don't really know where to start or costings involved.
Auy ideas?

Try Argos in Bristol no idea of cost but it probably won't be cheap.

Try local independent car/motorbike body shop! Sanding,plastic primer,basecoat(your colour)decals and finally 2 pack lacquer. Depending on the prep and how many colours/design, if single colour around £150
