Ive just finished stripping my kona of paint and have got the finish to my liking wit some metal wool but now i have a question, what do i use to protect it (allu frame), is metal lacquer best? t-cut? suggestions please.
no-one?
Autosol is what you want to "polish" a raw frame, but to be honest its alot of work to polish one. I would just roll it as it is, and take off any marks with more wire wool!
If its 6061 ali it will be fine as it is.

For chain / seat stays some 3ft lengths of soft cotton bed sheet make it a lot easier where the soft mop wheels cant get.

I'm not sure he actually wants to get a polished finish?
