Ordered some tyre inserts from Ratbite back in November which still haven't turned up. I contacted them and they told me to apply for a refund via PayPal (which I did). I've heard nothing since so I tried to contact them again via messenger but messages aren't being received. Website and Facebook page seem to have disappeared too! Anybody else experiencing problems with orders?
This isn't the first time this has happened with them unfortunately, though can't add any specific info. A shame as the products I did manage to get hold of a few years ago have been great for the price.
