Whats this, an advert in What MBK stating that complete ragly bikes with SRAM x9 2x10 and sektors for £1500 are coming soon! When, any one heard? Will be interested to see what the rest of spec will be.

I'll write something shortly. But yes. X7 Recon Silver Piglet £1099, x9 Revelation Blue Pig £1650, and two more in between.

cheers wors, had a go on my bro's was very impressed with the confidence inspiring handeling. My bro used to race DH in his day was top of his game. Gave him a run for his money on the pig though while he was on my XTC!

yep pineapple man, the dilemma is solved, was gonna build a pig to similar spec but will be more than happy if they come as complete bikes. Recon we could be on the cusp of a pig explosion!

Piglet Recon Silver, X7 3x10, Hayes Stroker = £1075
Piglet Sektor 130, X9 2x10, Avid Elixir = £1499

Pig Sektor X7 3x10, Hayes Stroker= £1250
Pig Revelation X9 2x10, Avid Elixir = £1650

Ragley CNC stems, bars, saddles, grips, seatposts on all.

Whats your take on the relative unpopularity of the mmmbop Brant?Not fitting the 'ardcore image of steel,funny name,not niche enuff??Seemed like a no brainer over the pig to me but not for the masses.

yep i agree there are way plenty of great alloy bikes out there, no point in adding to a saturated market, there are quite a few people coming away from FS and going back to the simplicity of a HT with a bit of comfy factor.
