My daughter was 4 on Friday and after 6 months of balance biking, we bought her a proper bike. It's a very pink Ridgeback with matching Giro lid and Polaris mitts!
Took her out before breakfast and she rode unaided immediately - made me very proud!! Had to take a hacksaw to the seatpost to get it low enough for her but once that was all done she spent hours on Saturday zooming around everywhere!

Had to take the saw to the balance bike too to get it low enough for my 22month old son so hopefully he'll be following in her footsteps before long!
Roll on next summer!
They'll be no stopping her now. My 3rd (4y 4m) just did her first cx race and her grin coming down the slight decent was ace!
Looks cool, can't wait for my little lady to be big enough for a bike. She is only 4 months old but I already have plans.
