Anyone know where I can get a cheapo one for literally one removal. Most are £25 or out of stock.

If you are just removing it for replacement. Use a set of water pump pliers or mole grips.
Hollow tech 2 style cups? Aren't the spanner style about £10?

Or if you are removing and refitting then use the above but wrap the cup in a rag to stop any damage to the cup's body
Done this before when needing to remove the driveside cup and not having the correct tool

I assume it's a 30mm axle, so bigger cups than a standard 24mm job.
I bought a Unior spanner style one off eBay for about £12, can't see any now though.
Also for future reference bear in mind that not all BB30s for standard BB shells are the same.
I bought a Praxis one when my Race Face died, assuming my tool would fit.
Nope...slightly larger diameter 😡 so now I have 2 very similar spanners.
Mistyped earlier, meant bsa30 not bb30.
This is the one I bought - not from Tredz, though it's allegedly in stock.
I'll get some mole grips today. Good hack that!
Raceface BB30 cups are the same size as the SRAM dub BB cups.
