Any advice much appreciated!
I took out my Middleburn RO2 X-type chainset and Hope BB to install DI2 wiring, reinstalled everything and now I can't get the right hand arm to tighten up fully on to the axle. There's 1-2mm of side to side play!
It's 68mm road spacing, the same BB and 1mm spacers either side as were on previously. It's torqued well up to the recommended settings but just not going on fully. Tried a few times and regreased everything.
Anyone come across an issue like this?
Don't want to have to buy a new chainset unless I've really borked it somehow.

You haven't mentioned the wavy washer...did that get put back on?

Otherwise, is 1mm just tolerance having moved everything? Perhaps add another 1mm spacer/shim washer?

Yes includes the wavy washer though it looks less wavy than it used to!
Might have to add another spacer and hope the inner sleeve doesn't come adrift

Cheers

?inner sleeve coming adrift??? are your 1mm spacers between the BB and frame?

I was suggesting shim washers that sit between the crank arm and BB, as seen bottom left of this photo:

With the wave washer, there will always be a very small play if you're pushing hard along the axis of the spindle, though the washer should end up nearly flat.

Are you using the same bearing shields?
