Which one? Rab tend to use "Alpine" to distinguish a slimmed down, lightened version of another jacket. e.g. the Baltoro Alpine is a lighter Baltoro.

It's like the Vapour Rise but without the fleecey liner

Also, they use Alpine for something with added hood ie Rab Microlight / Microlight Alpine.

Yeah, got one, love it. A hooded, pull over version with deep 2 way zip. Don't think my variant ever made it to market. Mine has no solution to stow the hood, new ones might. Windproof, keeps out a decent shower, packs small, OK cut for on the bike, offers a bit of warmth too, i.e. more than my Castelli Squadra. Hood can be irritating when flapping around - I should fix that for minimal cost/effort.

Got a Rab Latok Alpine if that's what your referring to, as others have pointed out Rab what Alpine?
